The language of Oceana (local name: Narasha 'Oshenna) is a language spoken in some parts of Lovia, most notably Hurbanova and East Hills, and is legally recognized as a regional minority language. Oceana is a mixture of English, Polish and Slovak. For years, it was generally referred to as a dialect, until it gained recognition as a language, having a fully and independently developed vocabulary, syntax and grammar.
