  • Avalon Style Kung Fu is a mixed hard and soft style martial art developed over many generations of the Avalon name. This unusual mix took many generations to develop the style; it takes the graceful defences and principle of using an opponents strengths from soft martial arts whilst not comprimising the physical strength, powerful strikes and speed from hard martial arts. The style is best described as mix between Capoeira, Baguazhang and Muy Thai Kick Boxing. The martial arts form is rather acrobatic that uses sudden powerful strikes with hands, feet, knees and elbows to attack opponents, whilst using deflective and dodging manoeuvres for defence. This martial arts form is the staple combat style of Kai De Avalon, the last surviving member of the Avalon clan and principle heir to the style. Kai was considered a once in 10 generation genius prodigy, before the demise of the clan, having mastered the style at age 4.
