  • The Rat King first appears as a boss exclusive to the Super NES version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time where he rode the Footski, which was armed to the teeth with missiles and spiked buoys. An icon conveniently points out to the player the Footski's weak point. The Rat King returns in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters, again, exclusive to the Super NES version. He functions as a sub-boss before Karai, and is unlockable for play with a code. Rat King is much more beefy in this game, and relies on a host of professional wrestling moves to fell the opponent, including grapples and elbow drops. His Super Move involves him surrounding himself with a loose sphere of electricity.
