The Big Toe is more of a five-toed Big Foot. It is found in the Overworld, dropping down like Rokman. Unlike the former, though, they impact the ground and linger for a moment before disappearing. They are a great source for Large Hearts.

- Chowder's Big Toe first appeared in "The Big Hat Biddies." He never trusts anyone. When Mr. Hand (or Chowder's hand) said, "Who are you going to trust, Mung, your wise cooking master or your hand?" Chowder was about to say something but then The Big Toe came up and said, "Oh, why trust him?!" Then Chowder said, "Whoah, Big Toe dosn't trust anyone."
- A football place kicker. You set the football up in front of him. Hit the top of the helmet, and his leg would kick the ball. Came with goal post and yard marker. (64 yards was my personal best)
- Big Toe is very busy, but he's going to take care of everything. Just watch. At first Big Toe may seem a little slow... until you realize he's always one step ahead. Those donuts you were saving for tomorrow? Gone. Those leftovers from the picnic? Done. Big Toe's on top of things! - The Big Toe is a strange foot fungus that Eustace had gotten and somehow took over his body and formed into a stereotypical gangster character. It is a giant left foot with toes for heads and speaks like a stereotypical old-fashion gangster. With big toe as kingpin and smaller toes as his minions, the big toe's speech mannerisms mimics that of Edward G. Robinson, particularly by ending most sentences with "See?"

- The Big Toe is a strange foot fungus that Eustace had gotten and somehow took over his body and formed into a stereotypical gangster character. It is a giant left foot with toes for heads and speaks like a stereotypical old-fashion gangster. With big toe as kingpin and smaller toes as his minions, the big toe's speech mannerisms mimics that of Edward G. Robinson, particularly by ending most sentences with "See?" After taking over Eustace's body. They threaten to crush Muriel with the big toe ending with most sentences with "or the fat lady gets it", forcing Courage to commit many crimes such as bank robbery and crashing a train. Later, Courage defeats the Clutching Foot by licking it, thus freeing Eustace and Muriel. However, Courage had gotten similar talking fungus on his tongue. The foot fungus make their second and last appearance in Ball of Revenge, this time. They somehow managed to return back as separate being and joined a group consisting of Courage's worst enemies; the Clutching Foot is presumed dead when they fell (along with five other villains) into a chasm caused by Courage's scream.
