A greedy man named Mr. Free Load elists the aid of a driver named Lolly. After trying to past himself as a woman during the race Mr. Free Load discovers that one the other drivers is Ivonna and kidnaps her. After Speed saves Ivonna, Trixie and her finish the race with Trixie first and Ivonna second.
