Return to Rubina with teeth from the Mutant Rancors. When you return, select either the Singing Mountain Storage Basket or the Nightsister Storage Basket in which to store the teeth. After storing the teeth, talk to Rubina. This will activate the Mutant Rancor Hunter collection after the first time you complete the mission. Completing the mission five times will complete the collection. Rubina: So you have decided to contribute the trophies from your carnage to the Nightsister Clan? or You are contributing the gifts you have gathered to the Singing Mountain Clan?
