Jim Raptis (June 21, 1947- ) is a former NASCAR driver from Woodstock, GA. He competed in three Nextel Cup Series events in his career. All of those came in 1977, when Raptis debuted at Talladega. Starting 39th in the forty-car field, Raptis completed blew an engine early in the event. Despite a meager 30th place effort, it was Raptis' best career finish. Engine issues also blew up Raptis' other chances, leaving him 40th at Charlotte and 39th at Atlanta.
