| - Walther Martin Clark (7th July, 2300 - ) is Minister of Finance, current Chairman of the Moderate Party of Dorvik and Senator for Kordusia. Clark was born into upper middle-class family at Kordaw, Kordusia with no siblings. His parents put him to private school and after he had passed private high school of Kordaw, he went to study law in the university of Kordaw at September 2319. He graduated as an lawyer in just four years and soon got a job as Kordaw city's vice prosecutor. At August 2331 he was promoted to prosecutor and at April 2339 he became county prosecutor of Kordusia handling high profile cases. As county's prosecutor he noticed the importance of politics so he joined the Allied Conservative Party of Dorvik at June 2340 but moved to the Moderate Party of Dorvik at January 2344 due his dissatisfaction of ACPD's overly-restrictive and conservative policies. At June 2346 he was chosen into party's county committee of Kordusia and was elected into the MPD Party Council at June 2349. At November 2353 he was made president of the council to replace weak Harold Whitewater who was forced to resign due to doubts of serious tax fraud. Clark resigned as county prosecutor due to conflict of interest between his political & professional position. He's cunning & manipulating person who prefers to get his point through behind the scenes rather than in the public debate & discussion, listening more than talking. However he had created many connections on MPD county committees, parliaments and city councilors in order to get elected into new chairman. He wrote newspapers columns, visited in meetings of county committees and met middle class people at different events, eventually replacing his rival Greg Wietersheim as party chairman at December 2355. After victorious elections of September 2358 where the MPD raised its popular support to 12% and number of senators to 37, Clark was made Minister of Finance in new PCPD-MPD-UPE-ACP government at February 2359. Clark is a member of hard-liner faction of the party and promotes law & order, effective police, free market economy and smaller, de-centralized government.
