| - Syntax: +bomb +bomb/disarm +bomb/set = +bomb/set =/ This command allows you to use bombs and/or disable bombs that have been set. Note that to use a bomb in the first place, you must either purchase one or +construct one--a process fraught with lethal risk. Syntax 1 searches for bombs. Note that if your tracking skill is too low or the bomb was set by someone with high forgery skill, you may be unable to find a bomb even if one is ticking away underfoot. However, portable scanners can considerably simplify the process. Syntax 2 attempts to disarm a bomb. If you succeed, the bomb is gone. If you fail, the bomb either continues to tick ... or explodes immediately. Syntax 3 sets a bomb. is the inventory item you want to set. is a number in seconds. Minimum value is 900, or 15 minutes. Maximum value is 604800, or one week. One hour is 3600; one day is 86400. Syntax 4 specifies a target for the explosion. If the target is a ship or a vehicle, it can be moved to another area, in which case no special damage is done. Targeting a door exit can allow you to enter it; targeting a vessel or vehicle can do likewise. If you don't want to cause mayhem but do want to break in somewhere, use +hotwire.
