The Royal Winton class was a class of conventional dreadnoughts used by the Royal Manticoran Navy. Along with the larger Gladiator class, it was a predecessor of the Majestic-class ships introduced in the late 19th Century PD. The initial three vessels of the Royal Winton class were under construction in 1844, and were the first ships-of-the-wall Manticore had built in a century. The preceeding class was the Ad Astra class. (Companion)
