This man could create any weapon he could think of. The weapon would form, surrounded by black smoke, in his hands. He would also instinctively know how to wield it. However, it had to be a real weapon, such as a blade or a gun, not something which could merely be used offensively. He also had only manifested the ability a few weeks before he died, and therefore wasn't that skilled in using it and tended to react with his weather creation first.
