Randal "Thrill" Hill (born September 21, 1969 in Miami, Florida) Hill is a graduate of Miami Killian Senior High School and is a former professional American football player in the NFL who was selected by the Miami Dolphins in the first round (23rd overall) of the 1991 NFL Draft, then later traded to the Cardinals.
