Randal "Thrill" Hill (born September 21, 1969 in Miami, Florida) Hill is a graduate of Miami Killian Senior High School and is a former professional American football player in the NFL who was selected by the Miami Dolphins in the first round (23rd overall) of the 1991 NFL Draft, then later traded to the Cardinals. A 5'10", lb ( kg). wide receiver from the University of Miami, Hill played in 7 NFL seasons from 1991 to 1997. 1991 with the Dolphins 1992-94 with the Cardinals; a second stint in 1995-96 with the Dolphins; and 1997 with the Saints.
