He was born when Mutanteegee tried to make a friend by spiting in Glob like FFR liquid and was mutated in the form of a Weegee. He has broke many prisinors from Weegee Prison. He was caught but when arrested he slipped through the chains and escaped making him a dangerous criminal to all Weegee's around the world. He is not immuned to Lava and for staying in the sunlight for to long or else he'll dry out and die,Which is why he is only dangerous to Fire Flower City or any other fresh lake or polluted areas.
