Two-headed Lindwurms were released on August 4, 2013, alongside the Duotone Dragon during the "Two-Headed Madness Release". They were the first two-headed lindwurms to be released on Dragon Cave. Like all other , they can only breed with their own kind and their eggs cannot be bitten by Vampire Dragons. Under the old Breed sort, these dragons sorted as "2-headed lindwurm" on a user's scroll and as a result, were alphabetized before all other creatures (but following Two-Headed Dragons). As of August 14, 2016, they now sort using their Encyclopedia name.
