The Ozland-SOS団 War (designated VietHaruhi by the SOS Brigade) was a war in Cyber Nations Tournament Edition in Round 9 between the Ozland Cobras and the SOS Brigade. It was declared just before the update of 6/7 February 2010, with the Ozland Cobras announcing that they were answering the SOS Brigade's cry for help, with regard to the fact that the SOS Brigade had not yet fought a war in the current round of Tournament Edition. The initial blitz by Ozland was highly successful, with as many as 23 of the SOS Brigade's 35 nations being thrown into anarchy over the update.

On the update of 11/12 February 2010, Fark declared war on the Ozland Cobras, citing their 'We Need a Witty Name for this Doctrine' Doctrine. On the 14th of February 2010, Légalement Coupable declared war on the SOS Brigade in response to the latter alliance's calling in of Fark several days earlier. Several hours later (at the update of 14/15 February), Purple Unity declared war on Légalement Coupable over allegations that LC had placed spies in their alliance. Nations from The Phoenix Federation and the Global Anarchy and Terror Organization have also declared war in-game as part of this conflict, however neither alliance had issued a declaration of war on the Cyber Nations Boards until The Phoenix Federation declared war on Fark at the update of 15/16 February. Also at the update of 15/16 February, Mostly Harmful Alliance declared war on The Phoenix Federation and The Society declared war on Purple Unity.
