Lotho Sackville-Baggins was a Hobbit of the the Shire of the Sackville-Baggins family. Lotho had a poor facial complexion and for that reason he was called the "Pimple" or the "Little Pimple".

- Lotho nacque nella Contea nell'anno 2964 TE (1364 CC) da Otho Sackville-Baggins e Lobelia Serracinta. Fu sempre molto viziato dalla madre e da questa venne istigato a bramare l'eredità di Bilbo Baggins, soprattutto Casa Baggins, antico sogno di Lobelia e Otho, quasi realizzatosi quando Bilbo fu dato per morto durante la sua avventura della Montagna Solitaria. Con l'adozione di Frodo da parte di Bilbo le sue possibilità di ereditare sembrarono ridursi al minimo, tuttavia riuscì ad acquistare Casa Baggins dal cugino quando questi partì alla volta di Gran Burrone simulando un trasferimento nella Terra di Buck dai suoi parenti.
- Born in TA 2950, Lotho was known to be a unpopular hobbit and several families considered him to be more greedy than his parents. Many hobbits would call him Pimple, due to his complexion and perhaps facial blemishes. After buying his own house, Lotho inherited pipe-weed plantations in the Southfarthing, selling the pipe-weed to people away south. He continued to sell pipe-weed to several Human men and women that were known as the Ruffians. The more fire-weed he sold, the more richer and powerful he would become.
- He like the rest of his family was very unpopular and not very well liked in the Shire. Like his father and his mother he had always desired Bag End for himself - in the year 1418 of Shire Reckoning he had already waited 62 years for the inheritance, but was foiled when Bilbo's nephew Frodo got the hole. Subsequently, when Frodo embarked to Rivendell, Lotho finally received Bag End and from there set himself up as Chief of the Shire.
- Lotho Sackville-Baggins (TA 2964–3019) was a Hobbit who lived in the Shire with his family. The son of Otho and Lobelia Sackville-Baggins, Lotho is married to Miranda Sackville-Baggins, and the two have two children named Amalda and Sago Sackville-Baggins. In September TA 3019, with the arrival of Saruman, his power collapsed. Sometime in September or October he was slain - perhaps by Gríma, who may have eaten him.
