| - Juhabach, the ancient leader of the Quincy regime, the Vandenreich, strode across the crystal-clear floor of the Vandenreich's headquarters; a gargantuan ice palace, hidden in the Human world. Gliding through one of the private halls, reserved just for him, he reviewed the purpose of the meeting he had called, which was to take place in just moments. Just a day and a half earlier, he and his army had suffered a humiliating defeat at the hands of the Arrancar empress, Tier Harribel. Though he had wore his usual calm facade, inwardly he was furious. To have been defeated by such lowly-evolved monsters was absolutely infuriating. Nevertheless, the invasion, if that's even what it could be called, had not been without perks. He, and his men who were present, had gathered an immense amount of Daten (data) that needed to be sifted through and he, personally, needed to issue new, revised commands to his army's leaders. For this reason, he had issued a mandate for all members of the Stern Ritter, the captains of the Jagdarmee, and the commanders of the Soldats, to a meeting in his personal conference room in one of the highest rooms of the Vandenreich's palace. His orders had been grave, so it was no doubt that everyone in the room would be tense. It was rare that Juhabach was this enraged, and even though it wouldn't be apparent from his facial expressions, no doubt the others in the room would sense it. Finally, he reached the end of the long, winding hallway, gripping the door handle and sliding the door to the conference room and gliding in. From an initial headcount, it seemed that everyone was there. Good. He abhorred tardiness. With a wave of his hand, spirit particles began to materialize and group together at the head of the table, forming a makeshift throne, which he promptly sat down in, folding his arms and leaning his chin on his folded hands. "Greetings illustrious commanders of our holy Vandenreich," Juhabach began. "As you must've heard by now, we have been met with some... complications in Hueco Mundo, thus the purpose for this gathering." The ancient Quincy scanned the room as his voice boomed and echoed off the walls of the confined space. It was immediately apparent what he was looking for, but his glare was easily more icy than the very palace they based themselves in, almost piercing each commander as he gazed each one of them. "We'll begin this with a Daten update. Please make note of everything told to you here. It is vital for our battle strategy." Juhabach continued, his voice commanding the gathering's attention. "Stern Ritter D, Manshin Hakugin, please stand and give this gathering your report." "Thank you, your Majesty," Manshin replied in an eloquent, calm tone. As he stood, his current apparel was of a simple Vandenreich pair of shoulder pads and his casual military white slacks and shirt, with the silver winged pendant clipped onto his upper left torso, showing his prestige and position as a Stern Ritter. He contained his enthusiasm, as his superior wasn't in a very likewise disposition, but decided to start off with his report none-the-less, "As you all know, the Daten we utilized for the Espada from the Winter War was a bit outdated. The following reports showed that we could've been able to overcome our enemies hadn't they had an incredible leap in power. However, by flourishing their abilities so willingly to dispatch our forces, we've struck a goldmine of intelligence," raising up his pad, he pressed a few buttons to allow the other commanders' datapads, including his superior's, to show a wealth of information with looping videos of certain instants of their enemy's styles, attacks, and scales of offense and defense, "Tier Harribel, formerly known as the Tres Espada of Aizen's Arrancar Forces, is now the proclaimed Queen of the predominant force of Arrancar within Hueco Mundo. She's shown to have proclaimed the largest leap in abilities since her participation and defeat within the Winter War. While she has gained the infamous, and unanticipated Segunda Etapa form which nearly no Arrancar is capable of receiving, she's revealed a great deal about her fighting styles and her weaknesses. Review at your own pace and please speak up if you have any questions regarding her, or any of the other participated Arrancar that have shown incredible growth of potential and prowess..." Thank you, Your Majesty. Pawns. Always eager to please the ear of their masters. However annoyed he found himself at this obvious lip service, the Stern Ritter D was prudent in using the honorific. He demanded the respect of his pawns. In any case, the information Manshin was providing the gathering with was no news to Juhabach. He had been there. Witnessed the Arrancar empress' tremendous power with his own eyes. It had been his own arrogance that had handed them their defeat. He would make sure never to make the same mistake again. With a wave, he wordlessly ordered Manshin to take his seat again so that he himself could resume speaking to the gathering. "In addition to this, I have identified ten individuals which we will label Special War Potentials. The order on these individuals is to capture or kill them on sight. Use your best judgement to decide which of these courses of action to take." he continued in his booming, yet deep voice. "The following individuals are they; Ichigo Kurosaki, Kenpachi Zaraki, Tier Harribel, Sōsuke Aizen, Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez, Seireitou Kawahiru, Retsu Unohana, Kisuke Urahara, and Mayuri Kurotsuchi." He briefly paused, allowing them a moment to record this information before continuing. "One of the ten, Seireitou Kawahiru, has recently joined our army. He is unpredictable, however, and should have a close eye kept on him. Should betrayal ever rear its head, you are to inform me directly at once." he almost barked, his deep voice reverberating menacingly off the confined room's walls. "Now then, we will move on to the second portion of our meeting; troop readiness reports. I will begin with the Jagdarmee Hunting Corps. First Jagdarmee Hunting Corp Captain, Quilge Opie, please report the status of your men and any other relevant information." At this notice, Quilge stood up and with a clack of his boots, he rose his hand up to his forehead, saluting the Quincy emperor. "Your majesty. I have positioned several troops on the outskirts of the Rukon Districts of Soul Society, where the Gotei 13 has very little influence. However, the only significant thing there was Hollows that were disposed of immediately." he reported as he looked toward his fearful Commander. "I've positioned several scouts that have been successfully integrated into the Rukon Districts from each direction of the Soul Society," the next Jagdarmee Captain, Auguste Helfried of the 3rd Company, stood at attention and spoke in a low, guttural tone towards his superior while crossing his arms over his chest, "given the word, they'll be in a perfect position to lay the ground for our surprise attack there, as well as enter the Seireitei if need be. That, and I have several squads mopping up some of the outlying Arrancar factions surrounding Las Noches' territory, allowing us more room to maneuver when we counterattack..." The next to stand of the Jagdarmee was a prestigiously stanced man, Joseph Kriege of the 5th Company. With a smile and a positive, yet underlyingly menacing tone spoke while his own arms were crossed over his chest, "My men have begun conscripting any Arrancar groups we haven't destroyed in the Desert Wastes and the Catacombs beyond Las Noches reach. Within a week's time, we should be able to replenish the lost forces the Soldat's 1st Infantry sustained with the new recruits." The last of the currently present Jagdarmee Captains to stand, Johannes Sägewerker of the 7th Company, retained a cool and composed smile. Standing up after a few moments to see if there wasn't anything else needing to be said by his other two prior comrades, he pocketed his hands and began to speak to his master in a nonchalant tone, "While the initial invasion forces were busy distracting Las Noches' occupants, I managed to thoroughly infiltrate into the Menos Forest and navigate my way to the underside of the fortress' base. While my forces sporadically eliminated a large number of Hollows throughout the Menos Forest, I planted a large network of special devices courteousy of Stern Ritter D, imbued with my natural energies. When we come back to finish what we started, the fortress is going to have a nasty surprise when they're least expecting it..." It was not to be expected, not in such a formal setting such as this, but... What could be expected from this man anyways? "AGH!" screamed a Vandenreich soldier, flying through the now-broken gate that sealed off the rest of the headquarters from the palace room. Moments following, Seireitou stepped into the room with his hand scratching his cheek. His bored expression and half-narrowed eyes gazed upon the commanders and captains that had gathered to state their reports to their glorious emperor. Seireitou rose his arm and, in an act that would make the loyal subordinates of this proud Quincy emperor gasp in shock, pointed his extended index finger directly at Juhabach. "I was expecting warm sake upon arrival. Whose dick do I have to cut off to get some frickin' service around here?" he stated in a bold unyielding voice. His gaze then shifted around the room slightly and his eye caught a well-endowed female member of the Vandenreich; judging by her uniform, she was most likely a part of their powerful Stern Ritter. "And bring her to my room. I don't want any old geezers or..." he began, looking over directly at Quilge. "Korean Hitler over there pouring me my drink." he expressed firmly. Quilge bore a look of annoyance upon his face. "How unseemly. He's supposed to be the feared Shiroyasha whom halted the progression of the master's plans a thousand years ago? Surely his majesty jests at the mere thought of this man being some sort of special war potential!" came to his thoughts as he watched the actions of the silver-haired war potential. Juhabach nodded as each commander gave their reports. Despite the loss in Hueco Mundo, things were proceeding quite according to plan. So well, in fact, that Juhabach himself had adjusted his orders, mentally only at this point, to begin a more direct operation set up. His mood had considerably improved since the meeting's beginning. Perhaps it was due to the success of the other operations the Vandenreich had initiated. Standing to his own feet, the emperor of the Quincy decided it was finally time to address his orders to the gathering. However, Seireitou had other plans, barging into the meeting with a comic flare only he was capable of. While most of the Quincy in the room likely expected Juhabach to execute the silver-haired man for this offense, the Quincy emperor merely flashed his trademark menacing grin in Seireitou's direction. "Ah, Kawahiru Seireitou. How kind of you to join us. And not a moment too soon, either." he announced. "Our plans are proceeding well, despite some set backs. Henceforth, I have a new batch of orders for you all to carry out. Including you, Seireitou. All Hunting Corps Units will finish up their responsibilities where they are and then be immediately moved to the outskirts of Hueco Mundo. I am placing Stern Ritter J, Quilge Opie, in charge of this operation." Having said this, he took a step behind his throne, causing it to disintegrate back into the spiritual particles it had been when he had entered the room; now, instead, pacing behind the chairs of his commanders as he continued giving out his orders. "The remaining members of the Vandenreich will focus on the beginning of a new operation; Operation Todesgott. This operation will have three stages. Stage One will be intelligence gathering. Three Stern Ritter members will infiltrate Soul Society and break into the Twelfth Division barracks. Its captain, Mayuri Kurotsuchi, has a database there containing data on every Shinigami's Bankai. With that information, we'll be able to nearly ensure that our Bankai stealing medallions are accurate at all times. The Stage Two will involve two of our new Arrancar pawns and several Stern Ritter directing invading Soul Society to declare war on Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto. While that is being done, Seireitou, you will engage a captain of your choice, elsewhere in the Seireitei, and steal the Bankai of that captain for my uses. Stage Three will be the final step. The Stern Ritter, myself included, will then invade Soul Society and completely raze it." Having said this, he swiveled around mid-stride, and headed back for the head of the table. Once he had made it there, he lay his ancient hands on the table and crouched over it so that he could look his commanders in the eyes. "Do I have any volunteers for Stage One and Two?" Juhabach question, eyes sweeping across the table. "I think it be prudent if I were to be part of Stage One, your Majesty," Manshin volunteered himself with a nod, smiling eagerly even as he remained seated, crossing his arms while propping his fist against his right chin, "I am one of the few here that will be able to take the knowledge from Kurotsuchi's databases and apply it the quickest. The sooner I have that data in my possession, the sooner those devices will be ready for prompt use for Stage Three..." "I would also like to be a part of this plan as well..." Another Quincy had entered the room. He was donned in the traditional Stern Ritter attire, but with a minor change. He had a white dress shirt underneath his jacket and a tie that was around his neck. He looked like he was in his elder years, with his white hair and full grown mustache. Overall, he resembled a certain fast food mascot. "...But I would like to help update our capturing devices, if it's alright with you milord. I feel that if I was to enter into the Soul Society my identity would be compromised," he finished his statement. He clearly had the sterotypical "Southern Gentleman" accent. He noticed Seireitou, although he wasn't as suprised. "But what are my manners. I'm Ulysses Walker, one of the Stern Ritter." From the farthest edges of one of the tables, a Male and Female Quincy raised their hands. The two individuals wore the standard markings for a Stern Ritter albeit with several noticeable key differences. The Man's clothing was predominately white but seemed rather ragged for an individual such as himself. He had somewhat long hair barely passed his shoulders, and an unshaven face. The Woman on the other hand, wore a dyed black long tailcoat complete with a dark top and a frilly mini skirt. To probably set her apart, the Woman had a big puffy hat with a V outline. To anyone who barely met her acquaintance, it would be hard to believe that she was part of the devious Stern Ritter. "Darwin Voltaire and Delilah Jupiter, Execution/Discipline Division, at your service Majesty!" The two said in unison. "But please call us Agent G and F." Darwin and Delilah stated eagerly as they stood up to introduce themselves onto the floor. "We would like to include our services for Stage Two of Operation Todesgott, as I have a terrible need to discipline and execute someone, whether it be a Shinigami or a Quincy." Darwin continued earnestly with a wide smile, unconsciously showing pointed teeth. Delilah nodded her head in agreement and said, "Wonderfully said!" "Schatten Zweifel will lend aid for the First Stage of the Incursion against the Soul Reapers," Schatten spoke aloud in a low, ominous tone. His large form covered by a golden-rimmed uniform which laid a hood over his red-demon masked visage, giving him an intimidating appearance. "I'll handle Stage Two as well, your majesty." A massive and muscular Quincy spoke aloud as he too entered the room, a confident and yet eager grin on his face as he inwardly rejoiced for the chance to spill Shinigami blood for once. "They will tremble in terror before the might of Stern Ritter 'O'!"
