| - Players above level 150 may opt to use the Depth Galea instead, which has 6 more armor points and weighs 164 oz less.
- Very useful to hunt Water Elementals with it, since it blocks the strongest attack of them.
- The Helmet of the Deep is used to dive underwater. Wearing it is required to be able to go underwater, but once there the helmet can be removed. However, without it players will take 5 times 20 Drowning damage kicking in after four seconds of standing still. It is useful out of the depths, too: some monsters, like Water Elementals, use drowning damage attacks. There is a 5,000 gp deposit for the helmet. You must be a member of the Explorer Society and have at least the Rank of a Relic Hunter/Huntress to rent one. Renting one is not bound to any liabilities and you may return the helmet by saying 'return' to Captain Max.

- Met deze helm kan je duiken. Als je deze helm onderwater uitdoet begin je levens te verliezen, de zogenaamde Drowning Damages. Om deze helm te kunnen lenen moet je eerst een reeks quests doen en de rang Relic Hunter halen in de Verkenners Club. Daarna kan je hem huren voor een onderpand van 5.000 gp bij Captain Max. Met deze helm kan je vele onderwater plekken bereiken.
