Bloonception is a game mode in which the same bloons come as in the normal mode, but all of the bloons are Inside-Out. When a M.O.A.B. is supposed to come, four seemingly red bloons will come instead. Then you must pop each layer until you have broken the ceramic layer of all four bloons, at which time the bloons will disappear and the M.O.A.B. will appear in the general area that the ceramic bloons had been. After the M.O.A.B. has been hit the usual 200 times, it will be totally gone. This will work similarly for any other M.O.A.B.-class bloons as well.
