It is entirely possible to farm an entire set of Crude Defiant Armor from this zone. * Opening/Destroying Kobold Barrels regularly rewards the Forlorn Bow which sells for approximately 1p 4g. * The Gloomingdeep Spiritweaver and Gloomingdeep Plaguebearer drop a Staff that sells for approximately 4p 1g. * Crude Defiant Armor can be sold for approximately 1p, but may well fetch more if sold to other players through the Bazaar. By consistently checking Kobold Barrels and selling the aforementioned loot drops, it is entirely possible to accumulate over 100 plat by the end of the Gloomingdeep Mines Timeline. It should be noted that some of the quests are marked as Group quests. Depending on the selected class and level it is entirely possible to solo these quests, with the Arachnophobia quest being the easiest to solo at the given level. There is also an achievement for a tutorial outside of Gloomingdeep, in the Planes of Knowledge.
