Swackhammer and his minions plan revenge on the Looney Tunes, but instead of having to capture them, he wants to take over the world, in order to do so he must capture the teams best player, Lola Bunny. But soon as he hears that Micheal Jordan is retiring and LeBron James takes over, he is well impressed after being lied to by his minion that Lebron is a terrible basketball player. Meanwhile in Looney Land, Lebron is sucked in a time hole and ending up meeting Bugs Bunny and the gang, But their meeting is ruiened when Swackhammer turns up and demands that they stop playing or Bug's girlfriend will be bunny soup. Later, Bugs decides to recruit new players on his team...his old friend Scooby Doo with Shaggy, Daffy recruits Melissa Duck, while Lola recruits her two best friends Lyndsey Longmoore and Violet Parr. Meanwhile, in the future of 2772, Ace Bunny, Lexi Bunny and Danger Duck plan to head into the past to help out their ancesters, as they arrive, everyone in present is shocked and allow them to play. They all get ready to play, Bugs tells LeBron and the new players to have the strength drink, that was made by Micheal. Before the game starts, Swackhammer recruits Bug's Bunny's former girlfriend, Honey Bunny to trap Bugs and to get them to loose their best player. As Bugs gets ready alone, Honey arrives and lies that LeBron wants to leave the team to a deversated Bugs, wastes no time in making Lola an enemy and puts ditching the team thoughts in LeBron's mind. Seconds before the tournament, LeBron confesses to Looney squad that he plans to leave, thanks to Honey's lies. The team argue him to stay, but refuses. As LeBron leaves, Honey follows him and pushes him into a store cupard where Swackhammer and the monsters are waiting. Honey informs Swackhammer that Lola will be the next victim. The game then starts, with a terrible start without LeBron, the team may never win. Honey then plots to get rid of Lola, by saying that Bugs hates her and dosnt really want his team to win. This disgusts her and leaves. Swackhammer then kidnaps her and takes her to his planet. The Monstars then try to beat the Tune Squad, by trampeling on any player, grabbing Daffy and throwing him at the audience, nearly crushing Lyndsey to death and pushing Elmer Fudd into Scooby and Violet. As the game ends, Bugs realises that Lola is gone and questions Honey about her dissapearence, but Honey twists things to make it look like it's the players fault. Swackhammer then finds Honey with a hostage Lola, but unknown to them that Bugs, Buster, Babs, Daffy and Lyndsey are watching. Thet storm in on them and Bugs demands that they release Lola and let them finish their game of Baseketball!, Honey then tells them that LeBron quit because she planted words in his head and spiked his energy drink, and possibly everyone. The enemies then kidnap all the Tune Squad members and places them in a cell. Swackhammer then brings LeBron to join his pals. Lexi then reveals she's still has her sonic hearing, and uses it to call Micheal Jordan for help, which he arrives. As the monstars try to warn Micheal off, Swackhammer decides to use a mind control on all the members, but fails to work. Then Bugs and Daffy tell the monstars on how they defeated Swackhammer the first time, why not do it again. The Monstars tell Swackhammer the plan and he agrees, if he wins, the Looney Tunes and the team will be his and Honey's forever, and if Tune Squad win, Swackhammer will be their slave and has a whole batch of carrots for Bugs, Lola, Babs, Buster, Ace and Lexi. After several hours of the game, Tune Squad, with the help of the Monstars win. Swackhammer and Honey are sent to jail and become slaves, and Bugs and Lola agree to marry and start a family.
