He wears a silver, oval-shaped locket bearing a yellow stone in the middle and hangs on a heavy silver chain. It was given to him by his sister and contains a tiny portrait of the two during childhood as an artist depicted. He also wears a face harness which covers most of his eyes, although he can see just fine. His Sin'dorei green eyes have turned all black with no pupils and no whites. This is quite frightening looking but not the reason he wears the harness. He wears it because he feels his eyes look too sad and that people will not take him seriously. He also wishes to hide the sorrow his eyes reveal to the world.
