The Grandfather Theorem is a principle relating to time-travel. It may be related to the grandfather paradox, which presents the contradiction of a chrononaut who travels into the past and kills one of her own grandfathers, thereby negating her own existence. The Theorem is discussed in Rules and Principles of Temporal Apparition
