Eva "Tori" Darowski (1795-1899) , a famed explorer and con artist that lived in Riversville, Kansas. She went to the South American wilderness in 1825 to study a rare tribe called the Lorai. While she was there she ran into a huge snake that had copper skin. Then Tori called it tansopayat meaning "copper skin in Tagalog.
