Numbuh 4 makes a bet with his friends that he can get more candy than they can by the end of the night. As he goes trick-or-treating, he gets only a single piece of butterscotch before his bag is stolen by Stickybeard and his Candy Pirates. Numbuh 4 is able to sneak aboard the Sweet Revenge, disguised as a sack of candy, and get his butterscotch back from the piles of candy aboard the ship. As he jumps off the ship, he realizes he could have taken the pirates' horde of candy and win the bet. This time, pretending he has got a large sack of candy (which is really a sack of bricks), he tricks the pirates off of their ship, then gets onboard and sails away.
