HeadOn is the name of a drug derived from residue left over from Kitten Huffing that was processed into a tube. One simply applies it directly to their forehead. So far the US Food and Drug Administration has not approved it, but that does not stop it from being sold in drug stores or outside of the USA. But how do you use it?!
