Glistaweb was a fabric of clothing used by the Yuuzhan Vong. Glistaweb had a shimmering, glowing appearance due to a charge-neutralizing field generated along it. Glistaweb was capable of deflecting blaster fire, much like vonduun crab armor, but was mostly used as special dress for important ceremonies. Nom Anor also wore a cloak of this material when he addressed the New Republic Senate, and escaped harm solely due to its blaster reflective properties.

When the Yuuzhan Vong fleet was sent to attack Mon Calamari, the capital of the Galactic Alliance, Supreme Overlord Shimrra and his court (including Onimi) were dressed in glistaweb to send off the fleet.
