Kizner (Finn. Kisineeri) is a small Uralican city in the southwest corner of Udmurtiya South, along Highway UH-41, which is its only real connection to the rest of Uralica, since much of the area is either agricultural or forested.

  • Kizner (Finn. Kisineeri) is a small Uralican city in the southwest corner of Udmurtiya South, along Highway UH-41, which is its only real connection to the rest of Uralica, since much of the area is either agricultural or forested. With these in mind, it seems only natural that Kizner's most dominant economic sectors are food production and forestry production. Although most of Uralica's construction-grade lumber is imported from Kohona, there is still a large pulp-and-paper section in the city, and also, a plywood factory. Retail is also important in Kizner due to the fact that much of the area is quite distant from other large centres of the country. It is estimated that Kizner's market area (city inclusive) is roughly two and a half times the population of the city itself. Railway maintenance is also very important.
