They were known all across the West Blue for their ability to make just about anything happen. Victoria, however, did not have her parents gifts. She could not cast spells, though she was a skilled cook. Her parents worked with her natural skills and taught her how to use her food to revitalize and replenish a person's energy, skills Victoria quickly adapted. Unfortunately, Victoria's parents had been using the black market to gather supplies they needed to complete their spells, and the World Government caught wind of their activities. They were arrested, though Victoria escaped. Her parents were killed for associating with pirates and buying illegal goods, leaving Victoria an orphan. She went on to get a job on a voyager ship, where she quickly learned new cooking sklls and tips. It was on this ship that the marines caught her again, but this time, Victoria put up a fight, badly burning a vice admiral and injuring multiple marines. These actions earned her a bounty of 23,000,000 berries.
