The Isuzu Philippines Corporation, IPC in short, is an automotive, commercial vehicle, engine and bus manufacturer with headquarters in Biñan, Laguna in the Philippines. The company was founded on 7 August 1995 with an investment of first Billion Philippine peso. The plant operates as a joint venture between Isuzu and Mitsubishi, with each holding 35%. Other shareholders, with a share of 30%, are the Philippine Investors Ayala Corporation and Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation. The plant management reports to the CEO Ryoji Yamazaki .
