The fourth (and current) King of the Kingdom of Talossa. Himself a scion of the royal House of Rouergue, his Majesty was adopted as heir by his step-grandfather King Robert I, and inherited the throne on King Robert Ben Madison's abdication on 15 August 2005. Although the King has been mute on the topic, it is generally assumed in the Kingdom that His Majesty uses the old French pronunciation "Loys" (rhymes with noise.) King Louis will be 18 years old (and attain his majority) on 15 September 2015, until which time the Organic powers of the Crown are exercised by his Majesty's Regent, Dr. Greg Rajala.
