Jean Bodan (ジャン・ボダン) is a secondary antagonist in The Heroic Legend of Arslan and a non-playable character in Arslan: The Warriors of Legend. To his countrymen, he is the main voice of their religious faith and their god Yadolaboth. Seeking to spread the Lusitanian faith as the "one true religion", he destroys foreign cultures with book burnings and mass killings with his order of templars. Ecbatana is subjected to his inquisition. Guiscard considers him a nuisance and an unwanted rival to power. The duke swiftly conceives a scandal to exile Bodan and his order, forcing the lot to wander the lands for a new settlement.
