Scarampi was an intergalactic nation in the series Europe 2.0, created by American Mapper MappingPez. Scarampi was formed on the Birthplanet, where many other intergalactic nations are created. Scarampi escaped the planet due to their dislike of being cared of by another nation. Scarampi traveled the TT006 Galaxy until he found the habitable planet 4406 TT. Scarampi settled there and decided to set up radio waves for other nations nearby to notice them. The radio waves were constructed and they were launched into space, and they collided with many nations.
