Ryan Philips is the deceased brother of Trevor Philips and son of Mrs. Philips. Ryan died at some point prior to 2013. Little is known about his background, but during a conversation with Graham, Trevor mentions that Graham reminds him of Ryan. Trevor also mentions that he "wasn't that fond" of Ryan and that his death was an "accident".
