The unnamed Punter was a customer at a wedding fair held at The Victoria Hotel. Tracy Barlow was exhibiting the services of Preston's Petals there and the lady approached her and, despite the evidence in front of her eyes, asked if they supplied cakes. Tracy, annoyed that Carla Connor was at the same hotel and suspecting an affair with her boyfriend (and ex-husband) Robert Preston, sent her on her way to the cake stall with her usual charm and patience.
