An unnamed, unseen Neutropian is the daughter of Zulia and sister of Sparky. She was never seen or heard on screen. The only reference to her existance was in the episode "The X-Rays": Zulia left Sparky a voice mail reminding him to take his sister to her ballet recital, among other things.
