The Robo-Locator was a device made by Gary the Gadget Guy. It was used to locate the Test Bots after they malfunctioned. In Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force, you find it buried in snow at the Mine Shack. On the online Club Penguin, you could normally have found it in the Command Room. After you bring it back to G, all his memories come back and he remembers why he goes to the Mine.
