Knowing that sliver is from a different timeline as shadow makes it a possible and since there is only two female hedgehogs Amy and Sonia(If you count sonic underground). assuming sonic never had kids then shadow or Manic(again if you count sonic underground) could be the father of sliver but again assuming that manic never met Amy then shadow is the only person that could be slivers father since sliver is a hedgehog.
