Nurse Khan first appeared when she called down Dr. Evans, who informed Tricia's family of her condition. She next appeared when Tricia's husband Marlon asked about Tricia's current condition, but Nurse Khan only told him that there was no change. She later informed Tricia's family that she had been taken for a scan of her brain.
