Possible Projects is a concept. The idea is simple: People suggest projects or ideas for projects, and other people give comments on them. This is the "brainstorming" area for project creation/development, so feel free to add your project idea and comment on other peoples project ideas (hint: hit "edit" next to the project title!). Don't be afraid to make oddball ideas, they might be shaped into good ones. To indent, add a : before your line, multiple colons increase the indention.
