The Sumpwood Stands was a massive grouping of sumpwoods in the Midwood Marshes. It was the largest collection of sumpwoods in the entire Edgeworld, and its discovery enabled sumpwood trees to be used liberally in architecture, when they were previously too rare to be used in any but the most opulent structures.
