[Source] The Qiilura system was a star system located in the Qiilura sector, within the region of the galaxy known as the Mid Rim. Orbiting a single star, the Qiilura system contained the eponymous agricultural world of Qiilura, and was situated along the Entralla Route and Celanon Spur hyperlanes. Following the Republic's transformation into the Galactic Empire, the Qiilura system fell under Imperial control. Years later, when the extragalactic species known as the Yuuzhan Vong invaded the galaxy, Qiilura and surrounding space was claimed as part of the Yuuzhan Vong's territory.
