The Freight-Shard Terrorist Bombing was an action undertaken to destabilize the cargo freighter Tidestar of Iseno over Denon in 24 BBY, placing the freighter and its cargo of transparisteel into a degrading orbit that would lead to planetary impact. The bombing was actually a front, the subsequent operation to destroy the debris was concieved of as a test of the Jedi Knight Shakvail.
