It is one of the least poverty-ridden areas in the Hive, although its inhabitants still live in squalor. The Dustmen claim this area, between their bar and their Mortuary. Harlots, thugs and pickpockets roam the streets, and collectors venture here in order to sell corpses to the Dustmen.
