Short sleeves are raglan at front, cut in one with bodice back, have back gusset. Bubble skirt is pleated in waistline seam which dips at back. Center back zipper closing. Bodice and bubble skirt are lined. One piece gathered petticoat, made on yoke, has grosgrain waistband which is tacked under waistline seam of dress with bubble skirt.
