Hazar Tordana was the owner and CEO of Czerka Arms, a longstanding but fledgling company that he had purchased as a young entrepreneur. He stabilized the corporation and brought it back to profitability. During the Seswenna Security Crisis, he was suspected by Governmental Investigative Network Special Agent Evening Delwynn as being involved in the conspiracy either as a conspirator or accessory. Delwynn and her team traveled to Denon to meet with Tordana, the meeting causing Delwynn to request that GIN Director Pelmar Aiden permit personal-level surveillence.
