"Jeffery Flanken" was the false identity assumed by a boy who was actually working for Nevel Papperman in the episode, iGive Away a Car. This young man (whose real name remains unknown) claimed to be the son of Seattle car dealer Don Flanken, and that his father's dealership wanted to sponsor a contest on the iCarly show, to give their viewers a chance to win a new car.
