Cosmic Luigi is a character in the Super Mario series. He first appeared in Super Mario Galaxy. He is identical to Luigi, except he is blue with white stars. He has a very high-pitched voice. He will race Luigi if he goes to a galaxy with a Cosmic Comet flying around it.
