Altered Reality (also known as Altered Reality I, and abbreviated AR) was the first annual professional e-wrestling Altered Reality pay-per-view produced by Psychotic Wrestling Alliance (PWA), now known as Lords of Pain Wrestling (LPW) during the Golden Age. Because of lost records, no result are know. What is known, though, is that LPW legend X won his first Altered Reality match, and has since been undefeated. The main event of Altered Reality I was the culmination of the crowning of the inaugural LPW International Heavyweight Champion, when Stone defeated Son of Repoman and Sashaband in a triple threat ladder match to become the first champion of Pyromania.
