Scott Powell is a film editor on 24, and has been with the show since Day 1. He also edited the 24 spinoff "The Rookie". Powell also operated the "Tourist camera" during "Day 6: 6:00am-7:00am," footage of which can been on the Opening with a Bang special feature.
